I have pain in a tooth. When can you see me?

We allow emergency time each day, and if a patient experiences constant pain or is kept awake through the night, we see them the following working day.

I am a New Patient. How soon can you see me?

We can usually get you an appointment within a week.

What are your hours?

We start at 8:30 a.m. and the last appointment is 4:30 p.m.

What insurance do you take?

We are part of many plans. MetLife, Delta, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross, to name a few.

Do you take Medicare?

No, we do not.

Are you part of Healthy Smiles?

No, we are not.

Do you take HMO insurance?

No, we do not. We do take PPO.

What is a PPO?

You can see any dentist you want. If they are in-network with your provider, they will follow a specific fee schedule. If you are out of network with the provider, you will still receive some benefits. Maybe a reduced benefit, but they still pay something toward the visit.

How soon is your next hygiene appointment with the hygienist?

Our patients schedule their hygiene appointments 3, 4, or 6 months in advance. If you need to change a hygiene appointment, it may be scheduled one to two months from the original appointment date. We do have a quick call list that, if we get earlier openings, we will call you when they are open.

Do you have financial arrangements for dental treatment?

Yes, we accept CareCredit for extended payment plans. We take ½ down at the first visit and at the 2nd visit, the remaining ½.

Do you do implants?

Yes, we have Dr. Burstein, who is our periodontist, who does our implants.

Is she in your office?

Yes, she works in our office on Tuesdays.

Does she do other periodontal procedures?

Yes, she does.

Becky or Donna can help you with any billing questions.

I have a question about what my insurance paid. Can you help me?

We can see what the explanation provided us in detail. If you are concerned about a covered procedure, you may need to direct those questions to your insurance company.
